As a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with 15 years of experience, I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths University and am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I also have a diploma in Couples Counselling with Relate and extensive training in supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of emotional challenges.
